In most cases, with most companies in the shredding industry, the standard size file box is the unit of measure for providing price quotes... and that is also the case with Total Secure Shredding. Here is how we measure boxes:

Standard Size File Box (about the size of a case of copy paper)
  • Dimensions: 15" L x 12" W x 10" H
  • Capacity: 1,800 cubic inches
  • Weight Capacity: about 28 pounds of paper
Long Letter Size Box (considered 1.5 standard size file boxes)
  • Dimensions: 24" L x 12" W x 10" H
  • Capacity: 2,800 cubic inches
  • Weight Capacity: about 44 pounds of paper
Long Legal Size Box (considered 2 standard size file boxes)
  • Dimensions: 24"L x 15" W x 10" H
  • Capacity: 3,600 cubic inches
  • Weight Capacity: about 56 pounds of paper
